American Federal Bank recently announced the appointment of Michelle Killoran and Corey Bergstrom to its Board of Directors, bringing additional leadership experience, business expertise, and community perspective to the bank’s governance.
Michelle Killoran is a lifelong member of the Fargo–Moorhead community and currently resides in West Fargo. She serves as Chief Financial Officer of Scheels, where she has worked for 26 years and has served on the company’s Board of Directors for the past 13 years. Killoran brings extensive experience in financial leadership, employee‑owned organizations, and long‑term strategic planning.
Corey Bergstrom is originally from Finley, North Dakota and now resides in West Fargo. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Valley Vet Supply and also serves on the boards of Valley Vet Supply and Nature’s Way. His professional background includes experience in Direct‑to‑Consumer businesses, marketing, analytics, and data‑driven strategy. He has held executive-level positions at Swanson Health Products, Cabela’s, and Crecera Brands.
