Roger appreciates the down-to-earth people in the Red River Valley and their focus on community. He is a member of the Big Brother/Big Sister Program and serves as President of The Village Business Institute Bowl for Kids Sake Advisory Board in Fargo-Moorhead.

In his spare time, you’ll find Roger out at the lake enjoying fishing or supporting a certain green and gold college basketball team. He assists clients in developing a good offense and in planning defensive strategies to develop a winning financial game plan.
