With more than 30 years of experience in banking and the financial services industry, John has a simple philosophy: “Take excellent care of your customers and your employees, and the rest of it takes care of itself.” Throughout his lending career he’s worked in a number of disciplines and has also held multiple high-level leadership positions in the industry.

Although a native of Dickinson, ND, John says he loves the down to earth nature of people from the Fargo/Moorhead area and the vibrant economy that never seems to slow down. He’s active in the community, and is on the Board of Directors and is President Elect of TNT Kids Fitness and Gymnastics, an organization that advocates for the power of inclusiveness by engaging with community partnerships and making a difference in people of all abilities lives through movement.

In his spare time John enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising and staying fit, and he loves watching sports and live music.
