Mark has lived in Fargo for over 25 years, from going to NDSU to then working and raising a family. He considers Fargo his home and enjoys the many opportunities it provides while staying in North Dakota. He and his wife have two daughters. 

In his spare time he likes to golf, hunt, and fish, and is an avid DIYer. He also volunteers with Spartan Youth Basketball (SYBA), coaches multiple youth sports, and is a member of Hope Lutheran Church.
