Growing up on the family farm, Brad Costello learned the value of a work ethic coupled with a wide range of skills. He draws on that background as an Ag and Business Banker with more than two decades of experience in financial services to help you reach your goals.

Having first-hand understanding of the region, along with personally knowing the challenges and opportunities in agri-business, Brad applies his expertise to work with clients to create a pathway to achieve financial results.

As a lifelong resident of the Red River Valley, Brad Costello appreciates being able to help people in the area he grew up in, while making a difference in the community. He’s also a lifetime optimist, working with Optimist International, a service club dedicated to improving the lives of children in the community.

With deep roots in the region, Brad also serves on the Ag Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of the Minto Farmers Union. When he is not serving clients, you will find him helping his dad on the family farm or attending UND sporting events.

Being a long-time member of the community he serves means Brad takes pride in helping banking clients who are also his neighbors in the Red River Valley.
