The expansion and remodeling project at American Federal Bank in Hallock, MN is nearing completion, according to Hallock Market President Paul Craigmile.
“Our new Drive-Up on the north side of the bank is now open,” Craigmile said. “Customers also will find a new Night Depository and ATM on the north side of the bank.”
The bank’s primary entrance, on the south side of the building, also is fully open for customers.
American Federal remains on target to complete the building project in April.
Once complete, customers will enjoy comfortable, professional space, including a conference room and additional offices.
The expansion on the north side of the existing building will almost double the size of the Hallock Sales Office and create a new exterior look to the building, including the addition of a pitched roof and brick-based columns.
Other changes include an updated front entrance, new drive-up equipment, drive-up ATM and night depository, enlarged parking lot and updated landscaping of the property.
Inside the refurbished bank, clients and employees will enjoy a new conference room, six Sales Banker offices and four Associate work areas for local customer service and support. Safe deposit boxes also will be added.
