The Fosston Sales Office of American Federal Bank is the 2018 Team Builder.
The annual Team Builder title is American Federal’s premier team recognition award. American Federal Sales Offices in Minnesota and North Dakota vie for the coveted award based on sales and sales referral results.
Along with receiving the prestigious title of “Team Builder,” the winning Sales Team earns the distinction of displaying the Team Builder Traveling Trophy in its bank lobby. The trophy, a large gold-plated cup, mounted on a wood-grain-finish base, engraved with the name of each Sales Team that has earned the Team Builder award since the inception of the recognition program.
The Team Builder recognition program began 11 years ago. The Fosston Sales Office took home the first Team Builder title in 2008, and earned the award again in 2010, 2011 and 2018, the most annual Team Builder awards of any American Federal banking location.
