Being part of a team helps young people develop important personal and interpersonal skills. It helps them gain self-confidence and self-esteem, and prepares them for the future roles they will play in our communities and the nation.
American Federal Bank sponsors youth activities — baseball, hockey, soccer, 4-H, swimming, ice skating, scouts — in the communities and counties where our 13 sales offices are located in the Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota and the Lakes Region of northwestern Minnesota. For example, American Federal supports Fargo Youth Baseball like the 11-year-old and under team in the photo.
