		No loose checks to handle, store and shred. For your convenience, American Federal will "safekeep" your canceled checks at no additional cost.


	If you’d like Check Images of your checks returned in your monthly statement, there is a $3 per month charge. Check Images are high quality electronic copies of checks. Check Images can serve as proof of payment for legal purposes and an IRS audit. Check Images are displayed on an Image Statement. The Image Statement shows the front side of all your checks that have cleared your account during the statement period. All of your check information - the check number, amount, date, name of payee and memo line - is captured on the electronic image of your check.
